At SWT Active, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we've made the process seamless so you can get back to your workout.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the gear is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
